Church Action on Poverty Sunday: St Cuthbert’s Church Event

On Church Action on Poverty Sunday many Churches across the country will come together in prayer and action to speak out against poverty. One great example is St Cuthbert’s Church in North Shields.

All are welcome to join them in reflection during their Church Action on Poverty Sunday event. On the day, they’ll be coming together to explore the importance of dignity, agency and power in addressing the injustice of child poverty. Included in the event will be time to reflect, share thoughts over refreshments and an encouragement to act.

The event will be taking place at St Cuthbert’s Church, Albion Road, North Shields, NE29 0JB at 3pm on Sunday 19 February 2023.
