“Let justice roll on like a river and righteousness like an ever flowing stream.” Amos 5:24
Could you and your church deepen your commitment to seeking justice, and challenging injustice?
Our new Just Church programme will support and encourage churches to do just that, providing a range of resources and initiatives to help you along the road.
As Christians, we know we are encouraged to call out wrongdoing and to support people who are oppressed. But how do we make that an ongoing and integral part of our church lives and worship?
The full Just Church programme will launch later in 2026, but one of the first initiatives is “26 in 26”, a joint project between Church Action on Poverty and Christian Aid. Our interactive poster suggests 26 ways your church could become more justice-focused, from introducing new worship songs or prayers, to sitting down with your elected politicians and local grassroots groups.
