£24,646-£28,636 pa pro rata.
14 hours per week. Location flexible.
Working with our nationwide network of churches, groups and supporters, you will help to organise a range of events during 2012 to mark our 30th anniversary. You will also support Church Action on Poverty’s grassroots community projects to plan and deliver their own community fundraising activities. As part of our Public Affairs Team, you will integrate fundraising activities with our campaigning work and other communications with supporters.
The successful candidate will have experience of raising funds in a community setting; planning and running events; strong communications skills; and the ability to enthuse and energise others. A basic understanding of churches and Christian networks within the UK would be helpful.
The post comes with 25 days' annual leave (pro rata) and a generous employer’s pension contribution.
