introduction to congregational development

Congregational Development is an innovative programme which brings together the approach of Appreciative Inquiry and elements of Community Organising to assist local churches in developing effective strategies for community engagement, mission and practical evangelism. This workshop will be delivered by Mark Waters, our ChangeMakers programme manager (and an ordained Anglican priest) who has been piloting this work with congregations in Manchester over the past year.
