The course looks at why understanding the different experiences
and lives of women and men, and the role gender inequality plays in
this, is at the heart of powerful and effective programming ��� right
from the design and planning stages through to service delivery.
Inequality between women and men still exists, and factoring this into
your work will help you and your organisation do a good job, even
better.
