In difficult times, it is vital that the pooorest and most vulnerable people in society have a say in the decisions that affect them. And it is the responsibility of the church to stand in solidarity with those people.

As well as a conference for our supporters, this event is a regional assembly, bringing together:
- grassroots groups from across North West England who���ve taken part in the listening campaigns we organised for the European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion;
- members of our Manchester ChangeMakers broad-based community network.
They���ll be sharing stories and ideas for tackling poverty and exclusion. You are very welcome to join us for the Friday assembly as well as the Saturday conference!
