Why Bother? Free resources to get young Catholics voting
A new website has been launched which provides free resources to get young Catholics engaged in the 2010 General Election, focusing on justice issues.
Why Bother? has been set up by the livesimply youth network, of which Church Action on Poverty is a member. The website includes materials for a series of sessions designed to get young Catholics involved in the General Election, each focusing on a different justice issue.
There is an excellent session on youth poverty, which has been produced by Young Christian Workers, our partners in the Get Fair coalition.
Why Bother? could be used very effectively alongside membership in our new MP Accountability Network.
