New briefing for churches on the Living Wage

Church Action on Poverty has produced new, up-to-date information for churches who wish to pay their employees a Living Wage.

New briefing for churches on the Living Wage

The new briefing provides detailed information on the Living Wage for local churches

Our Living Wage campaign calls on churches to lead the way in paying all their employees not the minimum wage, but an adequate Living Wage.

We have now produced a new briefing and other information for local churches who wish to pay the Living Wage.

From now on, the Living Wage will be updated each year, in line with the Minimum Income Standard

  • Download the full churches' briefing to find out more, including information about how the Living Wage is calculated.

  • Sign up here and we will email you each year when the Living Wage is updated.
  • Visit the Living Wage page for further reading, and some of the theological thinking that underpins our call for a Living Wage.
